Ampowr

The Teleport can connect to Ampowr battery systems using Modbus TCP over ethernet or using Modbus RTU over RS485. The battery system can be operated via Teleport to manage the available mode of operation:

  • Real Power Dispatch
Supported models
  • Ampowr AmpiFarm
  • Ampowr AmpiTower Pro

Modbus RTU over RS485

  1. Connect the serial cable between the serial port of the Teleport and the serial port of the battery.
  2. The default settings are:
    • Device address: 1
    • Baud rate: 9600
    • Data bits: 8
    • Start bits: 1
    • Stop bits: 1
    • Parity: None

Modbus TCP over ethernet

The default communication settings are listed below. If any of these setting are changed, please notify us so we can reconfigure the Teleport accordingly.

Default communication settings:

  • Port: 502
  • IP adress: 192.168.1.100
