Fox ESS

The Teleport can connect to Fox ESS G-MAX battery systems using Modbus TCP over ethernet. The battery system can be directly controlled via the Teleport to manage the available mode of operation:

The Teleport communicates with the G-MAX EMS module, which has a 1-second response time. This makes it less suitable for active control loops requiring rapid asset response. Fox ESS provides a solution where the Teleport communicates directly with the PCS inverter’s EMU unit, enabling faster control. Please contact the OEM for more information on this feature.
