Tesla

The Teleport can connect to Tesla Utility Scale Battery Only System Archetype batteries using Modbus TCP over ethernet. Teleport can manage the following mode(s) of operation:

• Real Power Dispatch
• Frequency Containment Reserve (FCR)
• State of Charge Control

Installation

If the Teleport is placed inside the battery container, the side DIN-rail mounting kit is best suited for this.

Note

If solar (PV) is connected to the DC side of the same PCS as the battery, the Teleport control is limited to the AC output power. This may lead to unintended curtailment of PV. Please check the OEM documentation on the exact consequences of this configuration.
