Modbus TCP over ethernet (recommended)
- Connect the Teleport and the inverter with an ethernet cable.
- If connected via a router, connect an ethernet cable between the router and the inverter and an ethernet cable between the ETH1 port of the Teleport and the router. Please follow the steps described in Connecting through a router.
- If connected directly, connect an ethernet cable between the ETH1 port of the Teleport and the inverter.
- Navigate to the web interface or display of the inverter and go to the Interfaces and Network menu.
- In the IP Settings menu, configure the following settings.

- Connect the Teleport and inverter as described in Connecting an RS-485 serial connection.
- Navigate to the web interface or display of the inverter and go to the Interfaces and RS485 menu and configure the following properties.
