Nordex

The Teleport can connect to Nordex turbines included in the list of supported models below. Nordex typically created a custom protocol implementation (signal list) for each site at commisioning. You need to share the GIF3/ TIF1 tab of that with us. It needs to contain the following signals:

  • Analog input:
    • ANA13: Ext. setpoint active power
  • Analog output:
    • ANA80: Ext. setpoint active power (trader)
    • ANA6: MP1 - active power
    • ANA17: Available active power
    • ANA47: Wind speed

If any of these signals are missing, Nordex will probably have to alter the signal list. This comes at a cost and with a lead time.

Supported models
  • Nordex N131.
  • Nordex N149, using an NFC470S-01 or NFC 482 PLC.

If your Nordex turbine has an IEC 60870-5-104 interface with the signals listed above, it is likely we can also support it.

  1. Connect an ethernet cable between the router and the Nordex controller, as well as between the router and the ETH1 port of the Teleport. Please navigate to our appendix for more instructions on how to integrate with a router.
  2. Nordex has to configure their controller with the IEC 60870-5-104 protocol. Please contact Nordex for this.
