NEG Micon

The Teleport can only control NEG Micon wind turbines via a relay. The asset can still be controlled using the setWindOperation API schedule. Because the system is controlled via a relay, it can only be turned on or off and won’t report any measurements from the turbine. A schedule of 100% does not curtail/turn off the turbine. Any other schedule, including 0%, turns off the turbine via the relay.

Configuration

  1. Connect the relay asset to the Teleport according to the instructions on the Relay installation page.

  2. Connect the relay to the appropriate pins on the NEG Micon asset.

  3. Let us know if the relay signal should be configured to be Normally Open or Normally Closed.
