Hoymiles

The Teleport can connect to the Hoymiles battery Energy Management System (EMS).

The Teleport can manage the following mode(s) of operation for both models of the Hoymiles EMS:

• Real Power Dispatch

Modbus TCP over ethernet

1. Connect the ethernet cable between the ETH1 port of the Teleport and one of the available ethernet ports of the EMS.

Note

If solar (PV) is connected to the DC side of the same PCS as the battery, the Teleport control is limited to the AC output power. This may lead to unintended curtailment of PV. Please check the OEM documentation on the exact consequences of this configuration.
