Janitza
Teleport can connect to a number of Janitza products. You can connect using Modbus TCP over ethernet (recommended) or Modbus RTU using the RS485 serial interface. More configuration information can be found in the official documentation.

Configuration
Modbus TCP over ethernet

Connect the ethernet cable between the ETH1 port of the Teleport and the LAN port of the Janitza Ethernet communication module. If the LAN port of the module is already occupied (e.g. connected to a router), navigate to our appendix for instructions on how to integrate with a router.

In case Teleport connects directly to the meter, navigate to Settings and TCP/IP. Configure the following settings, with values as described in Static IPs for a direct asset connection.
